
Block Burger, Mayfield Swiss & Wild Garlic Relish

Ingredients:
- Block beef burgers
- Mayfield Swiss cheese slices
- Burger buns
- Betts Little gem lettuce leaves
- Nutbourne tomatoes, sliced
- Red onions, thinly sliced
For the relish:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped gherkins
- 1 tablespoon spoon finely chopped shallots
- 100g finely sliced wild garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Refrigerate until needed.
- Heat a griddle or pan to medium-high heat.
- Cook the Block burgers according to package instructions.
- Add Swiss cheese in the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast the buns lightly.
- Assemble: bottom bun, burger sauce, gem lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, burger with melted cheese, more sauce if desired, top bun.
Serve immediately while hot.
