Our Animals

Our animals are raised with care on the Spratsbourne Estate, our herds and flocks live a natural, low-intervention life, with space to roam, graze, and thrive. We believe that better welfare leads to better quality — and it shows in every cut we produce.

Our commitment is simple: respect for the land, respect for the animal, and respect for you.

When you visit the butchery, you're welcome to meet some of the animals and see firsthand the environment they call home.

Our counter is where craft and community come together.

We showcase a selection of our best pasture-raised meats, butchered on-site and prepared with care. From prime cuts and handmade sausages to specials from the farm, everything we offer reflects our ethical approach to farming and butchery.

Our team are always ready to recommend something new, share a recipe idea, or simply talk you through what’s in season.
