  1. RUMP STEAK Lean, Bold and Packed with Flavour

Quick Cook Method:

  • Bring to room temperature
  • Season generously with salt, oil

Grill or pan-sear for 2- 3 minutes per side for medium-rare

Rest for 5 minutes before slicing

Pros:

  • Affordable and flavourful
  • Great for marinades or quick cooks
  • Leaner cut with strong beefy taste

Cons:

  • Can be a bit firmer in texture
  • Less forgiving if overcooked
  1. RIB EYE Rich, Juicy and Full of Character

Quick Cook Method:

  • Season with coarse salt and cracked pepper
  • Sear for 3–4 minutes per side

  • Rest for 5–7 minutes before serving
